This Privacy Policy explains how Shiver Software collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Speed Spell mobile app and related support services.
Information We Collect
Speed Spell may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, display name, support messages, and account-related requests. The app may also collect gameplay data, score history, leaderboard entries, puzzle progress, subscription status, purchase-related identifiers supplied by the app store, and device or diagnostic information such as app version, operating system, crash logs, and performance data.
We do not collect payment card numbers. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store or payment provider you use.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate and maintain the app
- save gameplay history, scores, and progression
- provide subscriptions, purchases, and account-related features
- analyze stability, performance, and feature usage
- respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse
Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics, crash reporting, and hosting providers to understand app performance, identify bugs, prevent abuse, and improve Speed Spell. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes except as allowed by their agreements with us.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. You may contact us to request account assistance, correction, deletion, export, or other data-related help. You can also manage app permissions through your device settings and manage app-store subscriptions through the account settings provided by the app store. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.
Children's Privacy
Speed Spell is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Users
Shiver Software operates from the United States. If you use Speed Spell from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and post the revised policy at this page.
